Employee training

Required for all employees that handle food in restaurants in the state of Florida, we offer accredited employee food handler training certification. The Safe Staff program ensures that students learn the fundamentals of food safety so that they can be confident in performing job specific duties that require food handling.

  • Attendees will receive a book, training class, the exam and (upon successful completion of the exam) will be issued a certificate the same day.

  • The certificate is valid for three years from the date of issuance and is transferrable to other restaurants if the employee works at multiple locations/restaurants or changes jobs.

  • Training classes are conducted on site and can be done in large or small groups.
