After spending close to 15 years as a health inspector, I decided to take my passion for the business to the next level where I could use my years of experience to educate and help restaurateurs make sense of the ever changing FDA Food Code. That is when Restaurant Compliance Solutions (RCS) was born.

Jessica J. Tyree, R.S.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health, Jessica worked as a health inspector for the District Board of Health, Mahoning County in her native Youngstown, Ohio. She obtained her Registered Sanitarian Certification from the Ohio Board of Sanitarian Registration. Upon accepting a position as a health inspector with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants she relocated to the Ponte Vedra Beach area. Jessica realized her dream and founded Restaurant Compliance Solutions after close to 15 years as a health inspector.
Food Safety Consultant
A native Floridian, Janet earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. She joined the Department of Business Regulation which later merged to become the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). She worked with the Division of Hotels and Restaurants as a Sanitation and Safety Specialist until her retirement. After 35 years as a state employee, Janet joined Restaurant Compliance Solutions as a Food Safety Consultant.
